The Center for Human Nature, Artificial Intelligence, and Neuroscience (CHAIN) - Hokkaido University, JP will host its annual Winter School in February 2023, 5th-10th, centred around the topics of minimal cognition and agency.
Manuel was invited to be a lecturer for the 2023 edition of the Winter School, where he will cover approaches to the study of agency and first-principles mathematical theories of what it means to be an agent.
